Equipment

  • 1 Oven or Airfryer
  • 1 Wire rack
  • 1 Rimmed baking sheet (about the same size as the wire rack)

Ingredients
  

  • 8 thin Bacon Slices
  • 24 Rectangle shaped buttery crackers (such as Club or Captain's wafers)
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250℉
  • Cut each bacon slice crosswise into thirds to make a total of 24 pieces.
  • Wrap one bacon piece around the narrow center of each cracker without overlapping ends.
  • Arrange in a single layer, seam side down, on a lightly greased wire rack.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the bacon is crisp and the centers have pulled in to resemble a bow tie. (About 90 minutes in a conventional oven, less in an air fryer)
  • When almost done, sprinkle the parmasean cheese on top and let melt. (about 10 minutes before you pull them out of the oven)
  • Cool on wire rack 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

A bowl of ranch or blue cheese dressing goes great with this for dipping!
