Line bottom with parchment paper or silicone pad to make removal easier.

Ingredients

Butter or Margarine

Brown Sugar

Chopped Walnuts
Diamond brand perferred, rather than black walnuts for better flavor.

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Pieces
Nestle preferred.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉
Grease a 15" x 10" x 1" pan.
Sift together flour, baking power, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
In a large saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar; cool 10 minutes.
After cooling, Add eggs into butter & sugar mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in flour mixture, nuts, and chocolate pieces until well blended.
Spread in pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes, or until center springs back when lighly touched. (insert a toothpick, it should come out clean)
Cool; cut into squares.
Notes
If you have a small oven (like a toaster or convection oven), you can half the recipe and make a smaller batch.
